The Xypotares hill is located between the villages of Pitsidia and Kalamaki with views of the sea and Mount Psiloritis. Both houses have their own roof terrace, private outdoor areas, a spacious living-dining area and a modern kitchen. If you are planning a vacation with a larger group – family or friends – both houses can be rented together. The romantic courtyard (Greek: “avli”) invites you to sunbathe, eat and get together, philosophize about life and relax in the midst of the adjacent olive groves.

The inhabitants of the region use the term “Xypotares” to describe the largely agricultural area along the gentle range of hills running down to the sea.

The panoramic view from the roof terraces extends westwards to the wide Komos Bay and the two Paximadia Islands in the Libyan Sea, behind which the sun sets spectacularly every evening.
