The apartments “Varkotopi”, named after the nearby location. They are located 50 meters from the sea. Combining the natural landscape with the ecological concept of architecture, the bioclimatic apartments are built in three stages, following the natural slope of the land and offering an unobstructed view of the Libyan Sea.

The complex consists of 5 two-room apartments (35 m2) each with a bedroom, kitchen and living room and 2 three-room apartments (60 m2) with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartments can accommodate from 1 to 5 persons. They are fully equipped and provide a private seawater swimming pool.

This villa features a private pool. This air-conditioned villa is comprised of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower. In the kitchenette, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware.
