The Giannis maisonette is a newly built maisonette 80 m² around, in the village of Pitsidia, near Matala. It has a new fitted kitchen and a large table, a living room with a 55 inch TV and a sofa bed. Outside there is a nice terrace with sofa and table. On the first floor there is a double bed and a large sofa bed. This room also has a desk with a chair and a large balcony. The house has 1 bathroom and a WC as well as a washing machine and dryer. With its comfortable style, this house is a good choice for everyone who wants to be away from the noise of Matala. A short distance from this house you will find taverns, cafes, mini markets, fruit shops and a pharmacy. There is parking around the house.
