Kedros Katikies is a set of houses sitting in a line outside of Kalamaki. The project consists of three houses in modern design and decorated in soft colours emphasizing comfort and relaxation. The Riza House has two bedrooms en – suite, a fully equipped kitchen that gets above every household need and cooking inspiration.
It has a large dining area, a private swimming pool as well as offering shampoo and shower gel to its guests as well as an exquisite welcome package.

Environmental fee info
From 1st January 2024 there is a new "environmental fee" that must be paid cash to the house owner upon arrival. The fee is as follows:
