All of them have a symbol which gives them their name. All villas have unlimited sea view, 250m from the beach, with private swimming pool (heated in April-May-October-November at 22-25 degrees Celsius depending on the weather conditions) and full amenities.
They have unique architecture and preserves the quality of the natural landscape. Their construction is in harmony with the natural environment and fully follows the principles of bioclimatic design and almost zero energy consumption.
They have a one-floor layout with one bedroom with a double bed (king-size) and one with 2 single beds that can also be converted into a double bed, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped outdoor open modern kitchen and a terrace with outdoor furniture. It is fully air-conditioned and has satellite TV.
