Here we present you the One Bedroom Villa!
The apartments “Varkotopi”, named after the nearby town. They are located 50 meters from the sea. The bioclimatic apartments are built in three stages, following the natural slope of the site and offering unobstructed views of the Libyan Sea.
The complex consists of 5 two-room apartments (35 m2) each with one bedroom, kitchen and living room and 2 three-room apartments (60 m2) with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartments can accommodate 1 to 5 people. They are fully equipped and have a private seawater swimming pool.
This villa has a private pool. This air-conditioned villa features 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware. The villa offers a TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area and a sea view.

Ab dem 1. Januar 2024 gibt es eine neue "Umweltgebühr", die bei der Ankunft in bar an den Eigentümer der Villa zu zahlen ist. Die Gebühr beträgt wie folgt:

- Von März bis Oktober: 10 € pro Nacht
